My tracking information indicates my shipment was "Delivered." but I did not receive it. What can I do?
Start with check asking the other members of your household and also with your neighbors if they received the shipment. On occasion deliveries will be given to a neighbor if you are not home. If you still can't locate the package, contact the delivery service and ask where the shipment was put. If you did not find the shipment after taking the above steps contact us at bm_agh@stu.ust.hk

What is your return policy?
*CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN* If you are not satisfied with the item you purchase or our customer service please contact us at bm_agh@stu.ust.hk Item must be returned within 14 Days and in an un-used condition We check our email during the day and evening and will get back to you as soon as we can address your question or complaint. In most cases we will get back to you within 24 hours or even shorter.

How is my order shipped?
For US destinations, we ship through the US Postal Service for small orders. We will expedite shipping for an additional charge. For international destinations, FedEx is our preferred partner. But not to worry, the shipping charges are absorbed by us.

No Catch Here!!! You will be happy to hear there are no fees attached to your purchase. All fees are included in the price of the item.

It really depends on the carrier but it should not take longer than 14 business days after we recieved payment.

Why can't I return items beyond the 14-day time frame?
By keeping the return window to 14 days, we are able to keep our costs low so we can continue to offer you great merchandise at low prices. We give our customers 14 days to evaluate each purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return it within that time period.

Only if its on an item that doesn't require personalization and it must be within 24hrs of ordering.

Why are the items featured cheaper than anywhere else?
This is because of our belief that everyone should get access to cheap video gaming. We manage to keep cost down by bulk purchasing only a few popular consoles. In this way, not only we can get better prices for our products, we keep fewer variety in our inventory thus helping to keep our operations simple and efficient.
