If you find an item with a shipping fee it is an oversight so please let me know.
Orders placed will begin to be processed within 24 hrs of receiving the order. After this initial 24hr period an order cannot be cancelled unless its on an item that doesn't require personlization. If that is the case the order can and will be cancelled if you so choose. Any item that is personalized cannot be returned. If any item is returned to us without contacting us first it will be returned to sender postage due.

We check our email during the day and evening and will get back to you as soon as we can address your question or complaint. In most cases we will get back to you within 24 hours or even shorter.
